Heather is a knowledgeable Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a passion to help people transform their lives. She believes mental health is just as important as physical health and seeks to help individuals become the best version of themselves. She brings an eclectic approach to counseling that is unique to each individual.

Heather can help you with a number of issues including: anxiety, stress, self-esteem, depression, addiction, body image, shame and self-worth, binge eating, women’s issues, connecting with one’s body. Heather is LGBTQAI+ affirming.
